Florida Processing Machinery Service
Service is much
more than just repairing equipment. All of
our
service technicians are factory trained, have a
complete understanding of all the equipment we
sell and focus on customer service. They are MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration)
trained and are in full contact with factory
support at all times. We work very closely with
our manufacturers. They pass along their
expertise and knowledge to us so we can better
serve you, our customer.
FPM offers service training seminars to all our
customers at no charge. We believe strongly in
educating our customers on the equipment they’ve
purchased. This is just another value added
feature you’ll only find at FPM.
Education on how our equipment should be
maintained and operated is critical to ensuring
uptime and productivity. It creates a better
relationship between us and our customers,
because in order to educate, you must
communicate. We believe that communicating with
one another is the best way to eliminate
problems.
To ensure the lines of communications are open
after you’ve purchased equipment from FPM, a
technician is sent to your jobsite to answer any
questions and do a complete start-up to confirm
that the equipment performs as it should.
It is our mission in the Service Department to
eliminate as much service work as possible.
We facilitate the complete installation of all
equipment we sell, whether it is an entire
processing plant or a single piece. We prefer
installing everything we sell because it ensures
the equipment is installed correctly and put
into service properly. By doing this, our
equipment will cost less money to operate and be
much more productive and efficient.
