The four pictures below show a series of before and after
of a project at a Florida stationary base rock plant. As you can see the original
7' x 20' screens were very tired, along with the structure and walkways. FPM
designed a new plant to fit on the existing foundations and using the
original columns. The new screen is a Deister 8' x 24' inclined double deck
screen, with new walkways and chutes and hoppers that are lined with bolt in
ultra
high molecular weight plastic (UHMW).
