Florida Processing
Machinery strives to provide the best parts
service possible. Our trained parts personnel
are much more than order-takers, they work
closely with the customers to obtain the needed
parts in an expeditious and cost effective
manner. They do Internet searches, computer
record searches, parts manual searches, and, when
necessary, they get up out of their chairs to
research old files, prints, and data to meet the
parts requirements of the customer. If we do not
represent a particular manufacturer of the parts
that the customer requires, we will direct them
to a vendor that can assist them. We believe in
providing the best parts service that we can,
even if the final purchase is not made from us.
We stock parts that are required for everyday
equipment needs, as well as parts that may be
required for individual customer special needs.
We provide quick delivery for parts that are in
our stock, making every effort to ship on the
same day that the order is received. For those
parts that are not in stock, or out of inventory,
we work closely with the respective factories to
expedite shipment to the end user. In the rare
instance where neither Florida Processing
Machinery, nor the factory, has a required part
available, we will search other dealers
throughout the country in an effort to locate
the part and have it shipped directly to the
customer.
